1)  Parcel Number and address if already assigned by County

 

2)  The Municipality/County the property is located within

 

3)  Utility/Power company and applicable charges

 

4)  Water availability or well design, if well is already on property

 

5)  Sewer or Septic Information

 

6)  Site Plan, survey or property layout

 

7)  Design concept of home
